Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By accessing and using our website, any content and features therein and purchasing or using any products or services provided by Penny Bayley Podiatry on our website or in a clinical setting (including locations for home visits), you indicate your acceptance of these terms, conditions and any other notices, guidelines or rules published by us.
Payment information
Payment is expected in full at the time of the consultation whether treatment/work given or received in our clinic between our staff and the patient, or patient’s guardian. In some instances we may ask for a deposit to secure an appointment such as nail surgery or Swift Microwave Therapy.
For your convenience we have a card machine in clinic and can also accept cash. Payment by BACS can be arranged in advance of the appointment.
We are not currently registered with major health insurers. If you are a member of a health fund, they will often reimburse you for a percentage of the treatment cost on production of a receipt detailing our professional registration number and this can be provided on request. It is your responsibility to check eligibility details with your health fund prior to your appointment. A current list of our fee schedule can be found in clinic or on our website www.pennybayleypodiatry.com
Cancellation policy
As we often have a waiting list of other patients who would like an appointment, when we have a cancellation, we contact those patients on the waiting list to fill those appointments. You can hopefully appreciate when an appointment is missed or insufficient notice is given to us to cancel, our waiting lists patients miss out and it affects the smooth running of the practice. We would appreciate a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment (exceptional circumstances are considered). An administration fee of 50% of the appointment cost will apply if notice is not given.
Refund policy
All products sold at PB Podiatry (e.g. creams, medicines, gels, socks and footwear), should be checked upon purchase/delivery by you, the customer. If it appears that the products, at the time of purchase/delivery, are damaged/defective or otherwise show material or manufacturing defects, return the products to us with proof of purchase.
